The question that is not common that should probably be more common is if a personal computer or a Mac Book is better for developing a SEO campaign. Whatever the case, a PC will help a person do SEO much quicker because they will be able to create content at a faster speed. This is the only reason that a PC is probably better for SEO than a Mac Book for every other instance the differences between the two machines are negligible.
